I started by die-cutting a rectangle panel out of white textured cardstock to fit behind by blue scalloped frame. Then I started my stamping. I used one of the branches from my set to start off my scene. I added a few leaves coming off the branch to add some color. I mixed in the leaves from my Abstract Florals set to create more variation. On a separate piece of white cardstock, I stamped a birdhouse, two leaf clusters, the flying bird, and the small flower. I used my Copics to add some color to them and trimmed them out.
I adhered all of the elements together using foam tape and added them to my card. I used a black detail pen to add a little stitched string coming from the branch to make it look like my birdhouse was hanging from it. To further add to the theme, I used the "let's hang out" sentiment from my Tiny Sentiments stamp and added it below the birdhouse. I thought that finished off the card nicely, don't you think?!
This card would be so fun to create in dozens of different color combinations. Really the only limit is your imagination with this stamp set!
I hope you enjoyed my card!
