Celebrate the Season Christmas Critters Snowmen Card by Holly

Happy Tuesday everyone. It’s Holly here today and I have a super cute winter card for you using the Peace Love Joy sentiment set and the super adorable Christmas Critters stamp set. The die cut rectangle I used is from the Find the Beauty Die Set.

I started by die cutting a piece of Bristol paper with the large stitched rectangle die from the Find the Beauty Die Set and then I added some Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean Distress Ink to create a background. I die cut an additional piece of the Bristol with the same rectangle die and a stitched hill die to create a snow bank. I adhered the snow bank to the scene and then I stamped the sentiment in the upper corner. I added the panel to a pink A2 size cardbase. Then I stamped the images to create the snowmen onto some Bristol paper and then I colored them in with Distress Markers and a paint brush. I fussy cut them images out and adhered them to the panel with some foam and tape adhesive.

For some extra sparkle I added some Clear Glitter Nuvo drops to create snow around the images and along the hill. I also added some clear Spectrum Noir Clear Glitter pen to parts of the snowmen images as well. So cute!!! I added a few extra details with a white gel pen as well. There are a few Nuvo drop snowflakes in the sky as well.

I am super excited for this release as it is my largest one yet! The holidays are my favorite time of year so these stamps were so fun to create. For my first holiday stamp release I knew I wanted to create three types of stamps: foliage, animals, and sentiments. I hope you like what I came up with!
