Thankful For All You Do Fall Leaves Card by Michelle M.
Hello crafty friends! I am Michelle Murray and I am extremely honored and excited to
be guest designing this month for Right at Home Stamps. I am a fan of RAHS products
and couldn’t be happier to share some projects with you!
I don’t know about you but the thought of changing leaves, pumpkin spice everything
and cooler temperatures makes me giddy! Fall is also a time of reflection of the current
year and the possibilities of what lies ahead. Gratitude prompted this project and I am
happy to welcome the fall season with it!
For this project using the Fall Leaves stamp set I knew I had to do some water coloring!
I first stamped the images in black ink and clear heat embossed them onto watercolor
paper. The MISTI stamp positioner is a project-saver when it comes to getting a solid
stamped image on textured surfaces. Nicole has matching dies for this set, but I chose
to fussy cut them to get a dark outline, which made the leaves pop against the craft
background. A combination of Ken Oliver liquid metals and color burst paints brought
the images to life and although you can’t see it in the photos these leaves have a subtle
glitter and shine! I used a piece of 4x6 craft card for the panel. For the sentiment I used
the Fall Sentiments stamp set.
Next I glued down the images popping up some of the leaves with foam tape for
dimension and adhered a few acorns around this half-wreath. The Grid Background
Stamp and gold embossing powder was perfect for creating a notched vellum ribbon (oh
the ideas that brought on)! Copper deco foil accents were the final touch to the card.
Finally, I mounted the entire piece onto a 5x7 white card base (these beautiful leaves
command extra card space).
I hope I’ve given you some inspiration to bring in the fall and start those beautifully
colored door wreaths.
Thanks for stopping by!
Michelle M.

This is a larger sized stamp and features over 30 pieces that you can mix and match to create endless arrangements.
I included two large leaf shapes in both solid and outline versions to accommodate those who like stamped images and those who like to color in their images with various markers.

3 in x 4 in stamp set
Recently, I have been looking for a simple sentiment set in my stash that can be used for various occasions...and I just didn't find something suitable. I decided to include a small sentiment set in this release featuring various greetings in an interesting font that can used in multiple combinations.
I love layering sentiments to create a more professional look and with this set you can do just that.
